Benson Viscometers is proud to announce that we have recently completed a BV1 Clinical Viscometer installation at Limerick’s Regional Hospital Biochemistry Laboratory.

This department covers a number of key disciplines including Blood Banks, Clinical Biochemistry, Haematology, Histopathology, Clinical Microbiology and Serology / Immunology.

The Laboratories of the Pathology department have extensive internal quality assurance system and participate in external quality assessment schemes. The Laboratories strive to be accredited by the Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB) and be compliant with the International Standard titled “Medical Laboratories Particular Requirements for Quality and Competency” (ISO 15189).
