Benson Viscometers has a streamlined process to integrate clinical viscosity testing into laboratories around the world.

We are able to offer a variety of packages that include outright purchase or rental contracts. These can include reagent service and maintenance contract requests that can be calculated and managed by our experienced team at Benson Viscometers.

Servicing & Maintenance

Servicing and maintenance is scheduled and carried out by our experienced field engineers who are able to assist with the integration and provide installation (for new installations) and refresher training for BV1 and BV200 clinical viscometer teams based in laboratories.

Benson Viscometers, using partnership contracts, are able to provide support and maintenance for the BV1 and BV200 clinical viscometers.

This can include scheduled engineer visits and starter training if required. We are also able to supply maintenance tool kits as well as replacement parts shipped directly to site. Our calibration materials are also meticulously scheduled to ensure that your reagent levels are always sufficient.

Support

Relevant support documentation is supplied by us. Our software is also easy to use and provides on-screen annotations to help you proceed. The instructions with also guide you through the process of the simple but regular requirements of maintenance tasks which have been implemented to ensure the smooth running of the analyser used.

As a result of our excellent customer service standards our analysers have very little downtime but when downloading software updates or upgrades we do recommend that you contact the support desk to verify the correct system version.
